Ingredients
I can of 98% fat free chicken breast (13 oz)1 small can of diced green chilies2 tablespoons sour cream1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheeseSalt and pepper to taste (I also like to add Mrs. Dash)Celery sticks for dipping
Directions
Drain your chicken and heat it through in a skillet. Add the chilies, sour cream, cheese, and seasonings. Once everything is melted, you're all set. Serve with celery sticks for a warm, crunchy, and satisfying lunch. Makes 2 servings.
