Fruity Slaw

Ingredients
3 cups Cole Slaw Mix1 large granny smith apple, diced1 cup crushed pineapple (drain juice and reserve)1/4 cups dried cherries1/2 cup low fat plain yogurt2 tbsp honey2 tbsp reserved pineapple juicethe zest of one orange2 tbsp sunflower seeds
Directions
Mix slaw, apple, pineapple, and cherries. Mix yogurt, honey, pineapple juice, and orange zest. Stir to combine. Makes 8 1/2 cup servings.
