Ingredients
1 cup aunt jemima yellow corn meal1 cup all purpose flour2 tbsp surgar4 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 cup non-fat milk1 egg1/4 cup canola oil
Directions
preheat oven 425F
in a large bowl, combine corn meal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
add milk, egg and oil. beat until fairly smooth, about 1 min.
bake in greased or sprayed 8-inch square baking pan for 20-23 mins or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
