Pinenana Smoothie

Ingredients
Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1 cup (8 fl oz)Pineapple, fresh, 1/2 cup1/2 Medium BananaCoconut Milk (optional)2 Tbsps Kretchmer's Wheat Germ
Directions
Combine ingredients in a blender, except for ice. When blended, add ice. Blend until creamy. Makes approximately 2 servings. Ingredients can be adjusted according to taste. Canned fruits can be used instead of fresh.
