Chicken & Veggie Rotini Pasta

1 Box Tri-color Rotini pasta2 Boneless/skinless chicken breasts1 pkg fresh mushrooms2 c. frozen or fresh broccoli1 T EVOO (light)4 T margarine (or substitute)4 T BBQ sauce 1 t Mrs Dash Onion & Herb
Preheat oven to 400
Brown chicken breasts in 1/2 of the EVOO until well browned, place in glass baking dish and bake for 10-14 mins
Cook pasta as directed
Saute mushrooms in 1T of margarine
Steam broccoli
Remove chicken from oven, dice or cut into chunks and place back into frying pan, add remaining EVOO, Mrs Dash Onion and Herb, and BBQ sauce. Cook until well done
Combine remaining margarine, pasta, broccoli, and sauteed mushrooms.
Add chicken and stir together
Makes 4-1.5c servings
