Oven-Fried Pork Cutlets

4 boneless pork loin chops, 1/4 in thick8 saltine crackers, finely crushed (1/3 cup)1/2 cup Heart Healthy Bisquick mix1/2 teaspoon paprika1/4 teaspoon pepper1/4 cup liquid egg-product1 tablespoon water
- Heat oven to 425.
- Between plastic wrap or waxed paper pound each pork chop flat until 1/4 inch thick
- In a small dish mix crackers, bisquick, paprika, and pepper.
- In another dish mix egg and water
- Dip pork chop into egg mixture, then coat with cracker mixture. Repeat dipping coated pork in egg and in cracker mixture.
- Place in pan and spray tops of pork with cooking spray.
Bake 20 minutes or until chops are golden brown and no longer pink.
