Tofu tuna dip

Silken soft tofu smashed with fork in bowldash or to taste Mexican seasoning1/4 teasp dried Basil2.8 can albacore tuna in water, drained1/2 cup no fat refried beans (Rosarita traditional)can leave out tuna for vegetarian version
Makes two 1/2 cup servings
Add spices to tofu and mix well
Add tuna and beans and mix again.
This mixture can be used for anything you want, sandwich, dip, salad, salad dressing etc. I mixed it with raw curly kale and was a wonderful nutritious salad!
