1 lb chicken breasts1 pkg Spinach4 carrots3 potatoes1/2 onion2 cloves of garlic2 zuchinnis2 chayote squash6 brussel sprouts3 celery stalks2 small tomatoesChicken boulion3/4 c. Ricesalt to taste
Boil the chicken with the boulion, salt, onion, garlic tomatoes and spinach in a large soup pot. Chop up the veggies. Once the chicken is cooked, take it out and set aside. Add the rest of the veggies and rice and cook until the veggies are soft. Then add the chicken and serve.
