This was good! Using 1.5 lb of chicken breast, the sauce, and dry salad mix I got about 120 calories for 1/2 c chicken mixture which was a pretty good amount in a wrap. Very spicy- my eyebrows were sweating! Took care of my wing craving. Didn't quite know what to serve it with which was a drawback. - 8/18/12

This sounds yummy! Concerning the sodium content, I am on a low sodium diet & have researched this a bit. First of all, according to the website for the wing sauce, its only 460 mg & the Ranch Mix is 135 mg per serving. I'm not sure I understand the sodium estimate above! - 1/1/11

Sounds good but my blood pressure would go through the roof with all that sodium. - 12/19/10
