Ingredients
Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 24 ozLipton Onion Mushroom Soup & Dip Mix (Dry Mix), 1 pckgOnions, raw, 1 largePotato, raw, 7 medium, peeled and cut into bite sized pieces12 oz water
Directions
IMPORTANT NOTE:
I make a large roast than this, so that additional meals can come from it. 24 oz is for serving size calculations.

Place roast, onions, onion soup mix in crockpot
add 12 oz water
cook on low for 3 hours
Add potatoes, stir into broth, pepper and salt to taste
cook another 3 hours
