Spinich Cheese Cassarole

Ingredients
2 cups cottage cheese1/2 cup Feta cheese3 eggs 3 cloves garlicdash nutmeg3 Tablespoons whole wheat flour2 - 16 oz bags of Frozen Spinich2 Tablespoons of butter
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and put in a baking dish.
Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour.

Leftovers are wonderful in scrambled eggs for breakfast.
