Ingredients
olive oil, cooked lobster meat, mrs. dash seasoning, tomato, avocado,romaine lettuce and reduced fat crumbled feta
Directions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add lobster, and gently reheat until hot. Season with Mrs. Dash seasoning, then transfer to a serving dish. Toss with tomato, avocado, and lettuce. Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese. This recipe serves four 1-cup salad servings.
