1 Box Zatarain's Red Beans & Rice3/4 Package Hillshire Farms Turkey Polska Sausage (14oz package)2 Chicken Breasts (boneless & skinless)2 Cans Ro Tel Tomatoes1 Green Pepper, chopped1 Large Yellow Onion, chopped1 Can Black Beans, drained and rinsed2 Cups WaterGreen Tabasco
Chop sausage and chicken into bite sized pieces and brown in a large skillet.
Drain meat, but save fat/drippings.
Fry onion and pepper in skillet with the meat drippings until soft.
Add meat, onion, pepper, ro tel, beans, rice package and water to large pot. Stir well to get spices mixed.
Add green tabasco (as desired).
Cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 20 - 30 minutes.
