8 oz. package of Fat Free Cream Cheese32 oz. Plain Greek Yogurt (I used Chobani)1 box (1oz. size) Jello Instant Pudding Fat Free/Sugar Free (I used cheesecake flavor)1/2 cup Splenda8 oz. container of Cool Whip Free
Combine cream cheese and yogurt with hand mixer until smooth. Mix in dry pudding and Splenda until well mixed. Blend in the Cool Whip. Measure out 1/2 cup servings and put into parfait cups. Top with your favorite fruit (not included in the calorie count

This dish is excellent! It really does taste like cheesecake. I took it to work and several people asked for the recipe.
I made 1/2 servings in small cups with about 1 square (1/4 sheet) of a crushed reduced fat graham, teensy bit of light butter (1 Tbs./24) and no-sugar-added cherry pie filling - 4/13/12
