Asian Grilled Quail

Ingredients
- 5 Quail- 1 Jar Ginger Wasabi Teriyaki Marinade by Kona Coast- Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Put quail & marinade (be sure to reserve some for basting) in a zip-top bag and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. Season with salt & pepper
Place quail over direct heat on a hot grill and cook, 8 minutes per side, while basting every now and again with the reserved marinade.
After cooking, cover the birds with foil and let rest for about 10 minutes. Enjoy!
Makes 5 1-quail servings.
