Shacks Tuna Pita's

Ingredients
1/2 a onion, chopped1/2 a red pepper, chopped1/2 a green pepper, chopped1/2 a cup of chopped cucumber4 large wite pita breads toasted and halved4 tbsp of Light mayo2 tins of tuna
Directions
chop up the onion, peppers and cucumber and place in a bowl, open tins of tuna and flake into the bowl, now add the mayo, mix until it is all covered in mayo.

(for best taste leave in frigde for 1 hour before serving)

Toast the pita breads, and halve, now fill them with the filling from the bowl.
