1 can Carnation 2% Evaporated Milk5 tsp fresh garlic3/4 cup Organic Cane Sugar2 tbsp White Vinegar
Directions
Mix all together minus vinegar.

While gradually stirring add vinegar 1 tsp at a time until thick.
