Ingredients
185g tin of tuna in Brine (I use Aldi brand Portview)half a tomato choppedhalf an onion chopped1 teaspoon whole gain mustard2 tablespoons mayonnaise ( I use Aldi brand Colway creamy mayonnaise)Makes enough for 3 really generous servings or more if you spread it out thinner.
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and spread thickly on toasted bread, english muffins, rice crackers or whatever you like.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.

I add 155 cals for two slices of wholemeal bread.
