Creme Brulee Treat

Ingredients
8 ounces egg substitute (Egg Beaters)4 tablespoons agave nectar2 tablespoons vanilla extract1/2 cup water1 can (12 ounces) Lowfat 2% evaporated milkTopping: 1.5 teaspoons granulated brown sugar, ie, Demerara Cane Sugar
Directions
Blend ingredients (except for the granulated sugar). Pour into six ovenproof custard cups. Place in a jellyroll pan (sided cookie sheet) and fill pan 1/2 inch deep with water. Bake in 325 degree oven for 40 minutes. Remove from oven, cool uncovered 20 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap, refrigerate until well chilled. To serve: Sprinkle tops with 1/2 teaspoon granulated Demarara cane sugar (for crunch) just before serving. Makes six 1/2 cup servings.
