Low-Fat Banana Cardamom Brownie

115g plain flour3 Tbsp cocoa powder2 Tbsp dried milk powder1/4 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt2 ripe bananas, mashed150g brown sugar150g low-fat plain yogurt2 egg whitesseeds from 2 cardamom pods
Makes 16.
Pre-heat oven 180.C/350.F. Grease a 23cm square shallow baking dish.
Sift Flour, milk powder, baking powder, cocoa and salt into a large bowl and make a well in the centre.
Mash the bananas and beat in the sugar, egg whites, yogurt and cardamom seeds.
Stir in the dry ingredients, mixing evenly.
Spoon into the baking dish and bake 25-30 minutes, or until just firm. Cool in the tin, then cut into squares.
