Salad Bright

Ingredients
1 tomato, sliced2 inch cucumber, slicked1 medium carrot, grated4 baby corns, chopped1 pickled (vinegar) or fresh red pepper, slicedSalad Leaves, torn2T balsamic vinegar
Directions
Perpare all vegetables.
Arrange together and serve.
If packing for office lunch, layer so that 'wet' ingredients like tomatoes, pickled peppers and vinegar are at the bottom finishing with the salad leaves at the top.
