*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2.5 tbsp (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)Green Beans (snap), 1000 grams (remove)Dressing*Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp (remove)*Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp (remove)Honey, 1 tbsp (remove)
Blanch washed green beans in boiling water. Drain and keep aside.
Heat oven to 450 F. Toss green beans with olive oil, salt and pepper and roast for 45 min. Remove
Combine Balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard and honey to make dressing. pour over roasted beans and serve hot.
