Spring Soup

Ingredients
4 tbls butter1 bunch of asperagus chopped1 zuchinni chopped1 cup carrots diced1 bunch of green onions chopped (reserve tops to put in last)1 32 oz box of chicken broth2 cupps water1 chicken boulion cube1 can cannalli beans1/2 cup frozen peasParsley for garnish if desired.Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Melt butter and add fresh chopped vegetables.
Saute until tender. Add chicken broth and simmer for about 15 minutes. Add beans, peas, onion tops and parsley if desired. Let simmer an additional 5 minutes.
Wonderful with hot rolls or bread.
