Pepperocini Beef - Crock Pot

Ingredients
1 round roast about 3 - 4 lbs1 jar pepperocini with water (whole or sliced doesn't much matter really)Minced Garlic to taste (we use 3 heaping tsp)8 hard rolls
Directions
Put your roast in the crock put and pour the pepperocinis with their water over the roast.
Add minced garlic to the pot, cover and cook for 8 hours on low.
When you get home from work the meat will be falling apart and ready to add to your rolls for little sandwiches.

(mayo, mustard not included in nutritional values!)

Enjoy with Sun Chips, and a nice Italian side salad!
