Tender Baked Mustard Chicken

Ingredients
1/4 c mayo (Hellmans Canola oil mayo)1/4 c mustard (Gulden's brown)1/2 c grated parmesan cheese3/4 c Panko bread crumbs (season to taste with garlic salt/powder, Italian seasonings) boneless skinless chicken breasts (5 small or 3 large)
Directions
Preheat oven to 425
Mix together mustard, mayo, parmesan cheese
Season Panko bread crumbs to taste (garlic salt and Italian seasoning, pepper, etc.)
Dip chicken in mayo/mustard/cheese mixture, then coat chicken with bread crumbs
Bake at 425 for 20 minutes in lightly greased (Pam) glass dish, turning over halfway through baking
