Low Calorie Sugar Free Pumpkin Pie!

Pie Crust (frozen, ready to bake), 1Fat Free Cream Cheese, 8oz Pumpkin ,1.75 cups (1 can)Splenda, 0.75cupsEgg Beaters, 0.33cupsI Cant Believe Its Not Butter - Spray, 2tspUnsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze, 1cupVanilla, 1tspCinnamon, 0.5tspGinger (optional), 0.25tsp
Par-bake crust in pie plate 15 mins at 350 degrees.
Beat cream cheese, add pumpkin and mix then add Splenda and beat thoroughly. Add egg beaters, butter and Almond Breeze and beat well. Add vanilla, cinnamon and ginger and beat until all is mixed well.
Pour into par-baked crust and bake at 350 degrees for an hour or until toothpick comes out clean (sometimes 75 mins).
Let cool and refridgerate. (Optional) Top with low cal reddi whip lite (not sugar free) or cool whip free.
