Chicken Broth,1/4 cup Shrimp, raw, 20 small apprx (or equivalent) Scallops, rawr 5 small apprx Plain Fat Free Yogurt 4 tbspBalsamic Vinegar 1/4 tsp appx (to taste)Salt, 1 dash to taste Pepper, black, 1 dash to taste Garlic, 1 clove and 1 tsp garlic powderSpaghetti, cooked (or other pasta), 2 cup
In small bowl mix the yogurt, vinegar, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Depending on taste the salt and vinegar will take the sweetness out of the yogurt, just add a small amount at a time stir and taste till the tangy taste isn't noticeable. Let set.
Place the shrimp, scallops, garlic and chicken broth in a skillet, heat over medium heat until seafood is cooked.
Stir in yogurt mix, do not let boil.
If sauce is thin, turn heat to low and in separate bowl mix a tablespoon of flour with several spoonfuls of the sauce or with water till about the consistency of milk and stir into sauce continue stirring until desired consistency.
Add pasta and stir to combine, add Parmesan cheese if desired.
