French Onion Soup

Ingredients
2 ea. Medium Yellow Onions (diced) 2 ea. Medium Red Onions (diced) 1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic 32 oz. Beef Broth (Non-fat) 3 ea. Beef Bouillon Cubes 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce 1½ cups Water
Directions
Sautee diced onions and garlic until soft and transparent.

Next combine sautéed onions and garlic with remaining ingredients and simmer a minimum of 1 hr.
(Note: Flavor is enhanced the longer it is simmered.)

May serve with croutons and top with mozzarella cheese.
(Note: Addition of these items increases total calories and fat grams)
