Ingredients
3 Cups Chicken Broth1/3 Cup Shallots1/3 Cup AP Flour1/4 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. Poultry Seasoning
Directions
Saute shallots in some of chicken broth. Gradually whisk in flour adding broth as needed to make a thick paste.
Gradually add the remaining broth, stirring , cooking until thickened. Add salt and poultry seasoning.
