Yogurt Herb Quick Bread

Ingredients
1 cup white flour1 cup wheat flour1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1/4 cup butter, melted2 large eggs, beaten1 cup Plain, lowfat yogurt1/2 cup honey1 tsp dried dill1/2 tsp oregano1/2 tsp basil1/2 tsp thyme1/2 tsp tarragon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350degrees. Sift the flours, baking powder, baking soda and salt together in a large bowl. In another bowl, beat the cooled butter, eggs, yogurt and honey until frothy; add the herbs and beat again. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients; pour the liquid mixture into the well and stir with wooden spoon until blended. Pour into a greased 8x4 bread pan and bake 40-50 minutes. Serves approx. 10
