Lasagna Soup

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey or turkey sausage2 cups onions, chopped2 cups mushrooms, sliced2 T garlic, minced4 cups chicken broth1 can stewed italian tomatoes (14.5oz)1-2 cans of tomato sauce (10.75oz)1 cup pasta2 cups fresh spinachbasil for garnish
Directions
Brown the meat in a large soup pot. After 3 minutes, add onions, mushrooms and garlic. Add broth, tomatoes and sauce and bring to a boil. Drop in pasta and simmer until cooked, about 10 minutes (or according to package.) Stir in spinach and top with basil (and cheese if you deserve it!)
