roasted chicken salad

Ingredients
2 cups diced cooked roasted chicken1 large hard boiled egg chopped1/2 cup diced green bell peppers1/2 cup diced raw onions1 tbsp mayo1 tbsp honey mustard1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp onion powder1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
Directions
blend all ingredients in a bowl mix well and serve.

makes 4 1 cup servings

I like to enjoy this over a peice of whole wheat or whole grain toast with tomato slices.
