Romaine Salad with Berries and Maple Nuts

Ingredients
Walnut halves, 0.5 cupSugar-Free Maple-Flavored Syrup, 0.25 cupRomaine Lettuce, about 2 quarts, tornBlueberries, fresh, 2 cupRed Wine Vinegar, 3 tbspWater, 3 fl ozCanola Oil, 2 tbspDijon Mustard, 2 tspMinced Onion (dried), 1 tspchopped garlic, 0.5 tspSalt, 0.25 tspPepper, black, 0.25 tsp
Directions
Walnuts: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Stir walnuts and maple syrup to cat. Spread on baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake for 3 minutes, stir and bake for additional 2 minutes. Set on wire rack to cool.

Salad: Mix the dressing ingredients and shake well.

In a large bowl, toss lettuce, walnuts and berries with dressing.
