Cheesy Lowfat Penne Pasta Casserole

Ingredients
Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz*Barilla Plus Penne, 8 oz Kroger Canned Peeled Tomato, diced (no salt added), 2 cups (or one 14.5oz can)Parmesan Cheese, 12 tspSour Cream, reduced fat, 4 tbsp Low fat cream cheese, 2 tbspOregano, ground, 1 tsp Prego Traditional Spaghetti Sauce, 0.13 cup Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 1 tsp broccolli frozen, 1 cup water, .5 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook pasta as directed on packaging. In a small mixing bowl, mix together parmesean cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, oregano, and Mrs. Dash until blended. Drain pasta, and in a large bowl mix pasta and cheese mixture together. Add tomato and broccolli to mixture. Spray a 13"x9" casserolle dish with non-stick cooking spray. Add mixture into pan, and add water. (water is used to help steam the broccolli better, and to prevent the pasta from drying out). Top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 5-10 minutes. Serves 4-6. (Nutrition info is for 6 servings). Can be pair with grilled chicken if desired.
