Rumbamel's version of Uncle Bill's Amazing Taco Salad

-1 bag of Morning Star Meal starters-5 t Old El Paso Original taco seasoning from the canister-1/2 C water-8 C chopped, torn or shredded romaine lettuce washed and drained well-1 can dark red beans, drained and rinsed-1 C chopped tomatoes-1 med. avocado, chopped into bite sized-7 oz (1 bag) 2 % milk Mexican style four cheese shredded cheese-1/2 C Kuntry Kettle Garden salsa (any salsa with about 10 cal per 2T)-1 T Walmart brand Ketchup-3 T Hellmann's Canola Mayo-2T Rumbamel's Ranch Dressing (Hidden Valley dry 3T, 1 c skim milk, 1 C Hellmann's mayo)-84 g Schnuck's Nacho Tortilla Chips
--Cut and/or clean and set aside your lettuce tomatoes, avocado and beans. Mix the sauce ingredients (salsa, ketchup, mayo, ranch dressing). Crunch up chips and set aside. Finally cook the Morning star crumbles as directed like taco meat using the water and taco seasoning, letting it simmer to crisp a bit.
--Assembly: Lettuce, beans, tomatoes, avocado, cheese, hot meat (ONLY WHEN EVERYONE IS AT THE TABLE), sauce mix and then finally the chips. Toss to mix and serve right away! Very filling!
--Makes about 15 cups or 7.5 servings of 2 C each.
