Italian Cookies

Ingredients
1 c. oil3 large eggs1 c. sugar1 c. milk6 c. White Whole Wheat Flour3 tsp. baking powder (heaping)3 tsp. vanilla1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
Mix oil, milk, sugar, vanilla and eggs in electric mixer. Add dry ingredients. Use small cookie scoop to measure, then roll into balls. Bake on parchment paper at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes around 65 cookies

You can make a powdered sugar glaze to dip them in while they're still hot if you want.
