Chicken Liver Pate

Ingredients
1 lb chicken livers3 Tbsp Miracle Whjip2 Tbsp lemon juice2 Tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter1 Tbsp minced onion8 - 10 drops Tobasco sauce1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp dry mustarddash pepper
Directions
Melt margarine in large skillet, add livers, cover and cook slowly, stirring often, until there's no pink left.

Put livers in a blender or food processor, add remaining ingredients and blend till smoothe.

Place in a 2 cup mold.

Chill several hours.

Carefully unmold and serve cold.

Garnish with hard coooked eggs, chopped chives or parsley.

Serve with crackers.

Will serve about 20.
