Grilled Parmesan Chicken

1 boneless skinless chicken breast, about 5 oz1/2 - 1 clove garlic, depending on taste1/2 tsp butter or vegetable oil spreadSaltPepper1 T Parmesan cheese1/8 cup Mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Melt butter in oven-safe skillet on medium heat. Add garlic and let the garlic start to season the spread. Meanwhile, season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place chicken in pan with garlic and butter.
Once chicken has cooked for 7-8 minutes, flip over and allow to sear for about 1 minute. Place entire pan in 400 degree oven for 5 minutes.
At the 5 minute mark, top chicken with cheeses and put pan back in the oven. Cook for another 3 minutes (up to 5 depending on how the cheese is melted). Remove from oven and serve.
This recipe is for one individual portion. Serves well with salad.

At first, it was just an estimate, however I actually measured it this last time I made it and my estimate was WAY over. Updated the recipe using half the cheese. Good call (:
