Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef2 cups cheddar cheese10 flour tortillastaco seasoning mix
Directions
1. Brown the ground beef & mix in taco seasoning

2. In a casorole dish place 1/4 cup beef in bottom, then layer 2 tortilla shells followed by 1/4 cup beef and 1/4 cup cheese then 2 tortilla shells. Keep layering beef, cheese & tortilla shells.

3. Place the last 2 tortilla shells on top followed by cheese.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 min until cheese is bubbly.

    I agree way to many calories. This was my son & husbands favorite meal. I made it way to many times because it was quick & easy. I got the recipe from kraft foods magazine. I will only make this meal twice a year if they are lucky. The recipe calculator is a real eye opener.
