SPINACH AND CRAB QUICHE

5 Large Eggs1/2 Pint Heavy Whipping Cream1t Black Pepper1/4T Seasoning Salt1 Deep Dish Frozen Pie Shell1/2C Diced Raw Onion10oz Package Spinach1C Imitation Crab Meat4oz Feta Cheese4oz Provalone Cheese4oz Mozarella Cheese
Preheat oven to 400.
Wash and completely dry spinach, set aside (this can be done the day before).
In large bowl mix together the first four ingredients.
In bowl combine feta, provalone and mozarella cheese.
Place in bottome of pie shell the onions. Altenate layers of spinach and mixed cheeses. Add a layer of crab meat . Repeat layering making sure mixed cheeses are the last layer.
Pour liquid ingredients over the build pie shell ingredients.
Reduce heat to 350. Bake for 60 mins.
Let cool for 20mins.
Makes eight 1/8 slices
