Rebecca's Mediterranean Couscous

Ingredients
1 cup DRY Couscous1 cup water.5 T Olive Oil1 (or fewer) Basil leaves 2 T Pine Nut (pinenuts)
Directions
1. In a pan, put water, olive oil, basil, and pine nuts. Bring to a boil.
2. Stir in couscous. COVER AND REMOVE FROM HEAT.
3. Wait 5 minutes.
4. Fluff couscous with fork.

1 serving is about .5 cup. I put this as a side dish, but I eat it as a main dish.
