salmon potato cakes

Ingredients
8 ounces potatoes1 7.1 ounce pounch pink salmon 2 green onions chopped1 egg1/2 tsp cajun seasoning1 tsp olive oil
Directions
cook potatoes mashed leaving some chunks

combine potatoes and all remaining ingredients except oil

place oil in skillet, divide mixture into 1/2 cup servings cook for a total of 7 minutes flipping to brown each side serve with tartar sauce
