Chicken - Citrus, Garlic, Herb, & Wine

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts6 Red Potatoes, cut into 1 inch cubes1 bag of Baby Carots4 large celery stalks1 cup low sodium chicken broth1.25 cups water1/4 cup oil1tbsp white or balsamic vinegar1 packet McCormick Grill Mates Garlic, Herb, & Wine Marinade1/4 cup orange juice (optional)
Directions
Note: This is a test recipe. I don't know how it is going to turn out.

Place chicken on bottom of crockpot. Layer potatoes, carots, and celery on top. MIx liquids in medium bowl & pour over ingredients.

Cook on high for 4.5 hours.
