Raspberry Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1/3 C Canola Oil2 T Sugar2 T Raspberry Vinegar1 T Sour Cream (use non-fat)1 1/2 t Dijon Mustard1/2 C Fresh or Frozen Raspberries
Directions
Makes 15 Servings
Whisk first 5 ingredients together then fold in raspberries. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.

Canola Oil can be modified for less Calories.
The recipe is truly yummy. This can be topped with Blueberries instead of croutons.
