Chicken tortilla casserole

Ingredients
1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup1 can (4.5 oz) diced green chilis4 oz fat free sour cream1/2 cup fat free milk1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast cubed, cooked6 corn tortillas (6"), torn into bite size pieces1/2 diced green bell pepper1/2 cup Del Monte diced tomatoes, no salt added6 oz 2% shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Mix first 8 ingredients and 1 cup of cheese. Place in sprayed 13x9 baking dish. Cover and bake at 350F for 40 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese and bake 5 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Makes 4 servings.

    This was awsome! My Kids loved it and my husband too. I cooked it the oven in my Pampered Chef Deep Dish Baker Covered for and 1 hour and it was just right. We got a little more than 4 servings out of it though. I had enough to bring for lunch. - 3/17/10

    My friend tgholson1 shared this one with me. It was easy to fix and my husband went back for seconds. If I had thought ahead, I would have toasted some of the tortillas up to have with it just to add a crunch. I also added some taco seasoning, T, Thanks for the tip!!! - 3/19/10
