Shelley's Yummy Chili

Ingredients
* Ground Turkey, 1 unit, yield from 1 lb raw * Canned Tomatoes, 3 can * Tomato Sauce, 2 cup * Beans, black, 2 cup * Beans, red kidney, 2 cup * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) * Celery, raw, 2.5 cup, diced * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1.5 cup, chopped * Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) * Garlic powder, 2 tbsp * *Cumin seed, 2 tbsp * Chili powder, 2 tbsp * Nutmeg, ground, 2 tsp * Salt, 2 tbsp * Pepper, black, 2 tbsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 3.04 tsp
Directions
Brown ground turkey and set aside. Next in a cooking pot add onions, celery and green peppers. Cook in a bit of cooking spray until tender. (around 6-7 minutes. Drain and rinse canned kidney beans, black beans, and ground turkey and add to pot. Then add canned tomato, Tomato sauce and seasonings and worestershire sauce . Place lid over pot and simmer on low for about 3-4 hours. Makes around 8 one cup servings
