Low Fat Vanilla Almond Cranberry Granola

Ingredients
6 cups of oats2 cups dried cranberries1 cup slivered almonds1/4 cup brown sugar2/3 cup applesauce1/2 cup honey2 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp of cinnamon1/2 tsp of salt
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl. Mix all wet ingredients in one bowl. Combine and spread (in two batches) on a cookie sheet lined with a Silpat (if you have one). Bake at 300 for 15 minutes then stir - continue to bake until lightly browned.
