    This was delish! My mom told me my grandfather use to love Salmon patties...I added one extra egg b/c the recipe calls for too many bread crumbs. I will use less next time. Also Kassyhy, you are suppose to fry them. Use a little Oilve Oil cooking spray and you're set! - 3/24/10

    This is quite similar to how I do mine only I usually do 4 egg whites & season my own dry bread crumbs to watch sodium. Serve with a sqeeze of lemon juice. Yum. Thanks for the mackeral tip too! - 11/12/10

    I squeeze a half of lemon, add some chopped green peppers and some Nature Seasoning into my salmon cakes, but for the most part, I follow the same recipe. The green peppers and the lemon juice adds a freshness to the cakes. My family loves them. - 5/30/10
