Skinny Beef Enchiladas

Ingredients
Corn Tortillas, 10 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia) Old El Paso Mild Enchilada Sauce (2) 10 oz cans93% Lean Ground Beef, 16 oz Onions, raw, 1 small Sargento Reduced Fat Mexican Cheese , 6 oz (Can top with green onions, black olives, or sour cream if desired...not included in nutritional info)
Directions
Heat oven to 400°F. Brown ground beef and onion over medium-high heat until thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in 3/4 cup enchilada sauce and 1 cup cheese. Spoon enchilada filling onto tortillas; roll up and place seam-side down in lightly greased (use non stick cooking spary) 13X9X2" baking dish. Pour remaining enchilada sauce over top; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
