Bananas Foster Shake

Ingredients
1 large banana2-3 cups Breyer's 98% fat free vanilla ice cream1.5 tsp rum extract.25 c nonfat milk3 Tbsp sugar free caramel ice cream topping
Directions
In a blender or food processor place chunks of banana with milk and rum extract and pulse 5-6 times until smooth. Add ice cream and caramel topping and pulse 10 times or until smooth and pourble. If desired, drizzle more caramel topping on inside of 2 glasses (making a pattern) and pour in shake. Enjoy!
